Terms and Conditions of Hire

• All items hired are the resposibility of the hirer
• Proof of current address is required - e.g Driving Licence, Utility Bill etc.
• A Security Deposit is taken on every Hire. This varies from costume to costume, and is payable by cash or cheque. This will be refunded on return of the complete and undamaged costume.
• Damage to and non-return of any goods supplied will be charged for.
• Costumes lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged for at the full replacement cost.
• Late return of the hired items will be charged for at a daily rate.
• Booking deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
• All costumes remain the property of Harlequin Costume Hire.

Costumes that require postal delivery:

• Hire charge and security deoposit will be greater than the standard charges. Please call for quote.
• We can arrange courier on your behalf or use royal mail sending items using special delivery, we expect customers to do the same for returns.
• All deliveries will be charged to the customer.
• We are happy for Customer to arrange own collection and return by courier but all items will be the resposibility of the customer while in transit.
